Applications Programmer
Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking software engineers at all levels to join R&B’s CAMD (Computer Aided Mold Design) software development team. This position will be designing, implementing and maintaining CAMD system software.Qualifications:Individuals should possess concentrated academic or commercial software experience in the areas of drawing creation, graphics, user interface, CAD system architecture, constraint management, assembly structure or data management are suitable for this position.
BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, prefer higher levels of academic achievement.
Must possess strong programming skills with a working knowledge of a CAD systems or one or more functional areas comprising a mechanical CAD application.
Individual must have strong practical experience with C++ applications development.
A strong working knowledge of MFC, MS Development Studio, VC++, COM, memory management, computer science and expertise in file management, CAD detailing or CAD assembly design is essential.
A strong intuitive understanding of ease-of-use is essential.
The work is heavily dependent upon effective programming capabilities as well as understanding a complex CAD architecture.
Familiarity with development environments, languages, compilers, debuggers, linkers and operating systems on NT is preferred.
Individuals should demonstrate an awareness and understanding of achieving goals and meeting milestones with an ability to work individually or as part of a team.

QA Applications Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will join the team responsible for maintaining our demanding product quality standards. As a quality assurance engineer, you will work closely with our team of developers who are solutions for the mold & die design industry.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, prefer higher levels of academic achievement.
A good understanding of geometry, parametric solids based part and assembly modeling, drawing practices and drafting standards.
Above average communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will have experience with a variety of solid modeling based CAD applications and a familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
A working knowledge of one or more foreign languages is a strong plus.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
You should also appreciate aggressive goals, have superior organizational/time management skills and a make-it-happen attitude.
